Even if pain - I will stay ... and I will not take ANY painkillers in ANY form.
Or at least - I don't want to take them.
And I'll see what happens.

Pain is either way - and the only way I know - is thru pain.
Pain shows me where I must change. 
Where my imagination, my ilusion  differs from reality. Pain is good !!!

We all know pain. But what are painkillers? Painkillers are physical and emotional, mental and spiritual and and and... substances that take me away from my pain and let me stay where I am - just that I don't see and feel anymore the "painfully real" reality. 

physical painkillers:

- drugs (legal and illegal)

- food (meat, milk, eggs, nightshades, alcohol, sugar, coffe)

Emotional painkillers:

- inlovement, being "in loved"

- sport, hobbies, TV, shoping,...

ANYTHING actually can be emotional drug. We are specialists to find new one. We can be addicted to anything. With relatioships especially.

Mental painkillers:

- overthinking

- mental masturbation with sick ideas

- projections.,.....
